🥚
Packed 46 days ago In the fridge · up to 6 weeks
Naturally raised, unwashed, hand-packed at Miah Collection Hub on Mon 17 Aug 2026. The natural bloom on every shell keeps bacteria out — which is why our eggs outlast supermarket ones.
🧑‍🍳 How to keep your eggs at their best
Pointy side down. Store with the narrow end facing down. Keeps the air pocket at the top and the yolk centred, so eggs stay fresh longer.
No going back. Once you refrigerate an unwashed egg, keep it there. Cold eggs sweat at room temperature, which strips the bloom and pulls bacteria into the shell.
Wash just before cracking. Rinse the shell with warm water only, right before you cook. Washing earlier removes the natural protective coating.
Meet the people behind your it
🐔 This batch was raised by one farmer from Kole district. Meet the farmer.
Smallholders don't often fill a full tray alone. We trace at the batch level — the standard used by ISO 22005, US FSMA, and EU food-safety law, with named farmers, not lot numbers. How this works →
🐔 Welfare scorecard: 65/100 · Acceptable
Auto-graded from stocking density, daily photos, antibiotic use, mortality and vaccination compliance.
